What are the delivery options and costs?
- Normal delivery is 24/48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday and Statutory holidays) within the UK mainland for all stock items and normally includes a tracking service for your convenience. Cost will vary depending on the weight and size of your purchase. Most items should cost about £5 for 48 hour delivery or £6 for 24 hour delivery.
- Royal Mail may choose to deliver them to a Safeplace location at the address, check the terms and conditions. ….Link to terms and conditions.
- For larger items are normally shipped via a Courier and we use a broker to source the most effective way to have this delivered for you. Usually less that £10 for most single purchases or one or two smaller items.
- Brushes can be expensive because for their length and can be about £12-£20 and often ParcelForce is used for these deliveries.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
- We deliver to most countries using a broker to establish the most cost effective way to ship your purchase.
- Please be aware the Purchaser may incur additional import duties and customs charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and the Company cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied. Delivery to International addresses will be by arrangement with our Sales Office.

How do I make a return?
- We offer a limited number of free returns. The office can supply labels to assist this process.
- The Purchaser must ensure the goods returned are in the original packaging, in a saleable condition and accompanied with the purchase invoice number or receipt.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
- Refunds are almost immediate but at worst they should be within 24 hours.
What is your returns policy?

Which products cannot be returned?
- Any product that has been worn or had the tag removed is non returnable.
- Any personalised product is non-returnable unless faulty
What size am I?
- Specific product size guides can be found on product pages. Need to ensure they are all available.
What is your product warranty?
- We have very favourable warranty guarantees from most of our suppliers and our aim is to keep all our customers happy. As a retailer we are governed by law to provide statutory warranty to everything we sell so nothing contained in our Terms and Conditions affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.
Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?
- Yes, we normally do this as a matter of course but you can simply request this via the office.

Do you supply bespoke curling kit?
- Yes we supply bespoke sublimated kit for a wide range of uses. Football teams, work related uniforms and curling teams.
- We can simply apply logos to plain garments by heat press or embroidery.

Is my personal information safe?
- Yes. All of your data is stored under current GDPR regulations. We will never share your details with any third party without receiving your consent. You may contact us at any time to request that your data be removed from our systems. Payments are all taken via Stripe, which means we do not hold any of your financial details.
